At 459 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Benevola to near Walden Quarters to near
Linden. Movement was east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Tuscaloosa, Northport, Demopolis, Eutaw, Greensboro, Linden, Holt,
Moundville, Coker, Forkland, Thomaston, Akron, Union, Newbern,
Faunsdale, Dayton, McFarland Mall, Benevola, Johnston Lake, and
Tuscaloosa Amphitheater.
