* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues to be possible. * WHERE...Lower Yukon and Innoko Valleys. This includes the communities of Shageluk and Holy Cross. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...High water may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The ice jam 10 miles downriver from Russian Mission released on Thursday but part of the ice impounded behind it remained in place keeping Holy Cross flooded. As of Friday morning it appeared this remnant jam had released allowing water levels to drop in Holy Cross but rise again in Russian Mission.
