* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Navajo Nation in Arizona, Little Colorado River Valley, Mogollon Rim, and White Mountains. * WHEN...From 5 AM MST /6 AM MDT/ to 8 PM MST /9 PM MDT/ Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could snap resulting in a few power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
