* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Black Mesa, Chuska Mountains, and Defiance Plateau, Little Colorado River Valley, Mogollon Rim, Kaibito Plateau, Painted Desert, Kaibab Plateau, Grand Canyon Country, Coconino Plateau, Yavapai County Mountains, White Mountains, and Oak Creek and Sycamore Canyons. * WHEN...From 11 AM MST /noon MDT/ to 8 PM MST /9 PM MDT/ Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could snap resulting in a few power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
