* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Central and Southern Franklin, Madison, Northern Crawford,
Northern Franklin, Southern Crawford and Washington AR and
Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Central and
Southern Sequoyah, Cherokee, Creek, McIntosh, Muskogee, Northeast
Osage, Northern Sequoyah, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Pawnee,
Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western
Osage.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional thunderstorm development is possible this evening
across northeast Oklahoma. Heavy rainfall rates of one to two
inches per hour could lead to flash flooding potential.
