Description:
At 547 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Emerson, or 13 miles south of Magnolia, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Emerson, Atlanta, Village, Mount Holly, Calhoun, Noxobe, Spotville,
Marysville and Horsehead.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
