Description:
At 1153 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Washington, or 10 miles northwest of Hope, moving southeast at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Hope, Emmet, Perrytown, Washington, Ozan and Oakhaven.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
