Crittenden and West Tennessee, including the following county,
Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 545 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 238 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Bartlett, West Memphis, Marion, Millington, Earle, Meeman
Shelby Forest State Park, Memphis, Lakeland, Arlington,
Crawfordsville, Sunset, Jericho, Jennette, Frayser,
Ellendale, Atoka, Gallaway, Clarkedale, Benjestown and Redman
Point.
