* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to
two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central
Illinois and east central Iowa.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow
will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds could cause
tree damage.
