* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to an
additional half inch. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...In Iowa, Shelby and Monona Counties. In Nebraska, Thurston
County.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow will significantly reduce visibility. Strong winds will cause
tree damage.
Instruction:
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
