* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 18 and 34 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will cause considerable blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Central Chippewa, Eastern Mackinac, Western Chippewa, and Western Mackinac Counties. * WHEN...From 5 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities will drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
