* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow and sleet accumulations between 13 and 17 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Central Chippewa, Eastern Mackinac, Western Chippewa, and Western Mackinac Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
