* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Dickinson and Menominee Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel very difficult to impossible. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and could cause sporadic power outages.
