* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph, strongest near Lake Superior. * WHERE...Alger, Luce, and Northern Schoolcraft Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The strong winds may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
