* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Minnesota.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Ground blizzards create whiteout conditions that make
travel extremely dangerous or impossible. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
Instruction:
