* WHAT...Blizzard conditions early this evening. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Cascade County below 5000ft. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
Instruction: 
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with your vehicle.
