* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
between 5 and 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central and east central South Dakota.
* WHEN...From 10 PM Saturday to 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Whiteout conditions will
make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. Strong winds could
cause tree damage.
Instruction:
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
