Description:
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to two
inches. Winds gusting up to 45 mph. Conditions will gradually
improve through the afternoon.
* WHERE...Door County.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and
power lines.
Instruction:
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
