For the Wind Advisory, northeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest and western Texas. * WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT /9 PM CDT/ Friday. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. Blowing dust can reduce visibility suddenly to zero, especially in areas where bare fields exist. Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects.
