* WHAT...West to Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55
mph expected.
* WHERE...Mojave Desert Slopes.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted included, but are not
limited to, State Routes 14, 58, and 178, as well as U.S. 395.
