* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of the Sacramento Valley and Delta. Strongest in
the Sacramento Valley along and west of I-5.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 8 PM PDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
