including Woodland, SW Solano County including Vallejo, Sacramento
County Delta, San Joaquin County Delta, and W. Yolo County
including Capay/I-505.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected early Monday
morning, before gradually weakening.
