* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 50 below. * WHERE...Southern Seward Peninsula Coast. * WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coldest wind chills will be in the north-south oriented drainage areas such as Johnson's Camp. Coldest wind chills in Nome, White Mountain and Golovin will be around 40 to 50 below zero through Friday morning. Conditions improve throughout the day Friday as winds weaken.
