22 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures
possible.
* WHERE...Animas River Basin, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River, San
Juan River Basin, and Central Colorado River Basin.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT
Thursday. For the Freeze Watch, from Friday evening through
Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
