* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 203 Lower Colorado River below 8000 feet. * TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, from noon to 9 PM MDT Saturday. For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 10 PM MDT Sunday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Monday morning through Tuesday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise extreme caution with any outdoor burning.
