Wabash River at Mount Carmel. .Flooding will continue through early next week, with minor flooding of lowland areas persisting at Petersburg and Hazleton into early the following week. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Edwardsport. * WHEN...Until Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Old Vincennes Road and residential property in this area begin to flood. Flooding of low agricultural fields occurs along portions of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM EDT Saturday /6:00 PM CDT Saturday/ the stage was 16.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:00 PM EDT Saturday /6:00 PM CDT Saturday/ was 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to 12.4 feet Monday evening. It will then rise above flood stage early Wednesday morning to 15.2 feet early Wednesday afternoon.
