Black River At Watertown affecting Lewis and Jefferson Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Black River at Watertown.
* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flood stage, farmland flooding begins in
the Flats with some roads flooded. Minor damages to riverfront
commercial properties in Dexter.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.08 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:45 PM EDT Saturday was 10.52 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage by
around midnight tonight and then to 8.8 feet Tuesday morning.
