* WHAT...Creek and river flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following county, Ottawa. * WHEN...Until 515 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Streams and rivers continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 528 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated that flooding is continuing along the Portage River. At 5 PM EDT, the river was at 13.20 feet. Flooding will continue along the Portage River near Elmore. The river should slowly recede tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oak Harbor and Elmore. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
