Tolt River Above Carnation affecting King County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Tolt River above Carnation. * WHEN...Until early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 5,000.0 cfs, the Tolt River will flood Tolt River Rd NE and many driveways. Some homes in the San Souci area could be inaccessible due to deep and quick flood waters. This river level on the Tolt corresponds to a phase 3 flood in the King County flood system. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:15 PM PDT Wednesday the flow was 4,230.0 cfs. - Flood flow is 5,000.0 cfs. - Forecast...The river will continue to fall, reaching its lowest flow at 3,343.7 cfs late tonight. It expected to begin rising again by early Thursday afternoon, achieving flood stage by late Friday morning and reaching a secondary crest at 5,447.4 cfs by late Friday afternoon.
