Spencer, or 12 miles north of Dubois, moving north at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 45 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Spencer, Monida Pass, and Humphrey.
