* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following
counties, Cook and DuPage.
* WHEN...Until 300 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1146 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms
producing torrential downpours.
- These thunderstorms will produce locally over an inch to an
inch and a half of rain in an hour.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Chicago, Cicero, Hammond, Oak Lawn, Berwyn, Wheaton, Oak
Park, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Calumet City,
Addison, Glendale Heights, Midway Airport, Chicago Lawn,
South Lawndale, Austin, Englewood, Bridgeport and Roseland.

Instruction:
