...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Illinois... Rock River at Como affecting Whiteside County. Pecatonica River at Freeport affecting Stephenson County. Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Henry IL and Whiteside Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River at Como. * WHEN...Until early Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Water begins to encroach into properties on Regan Road northeast of Como. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.1 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.4 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
