possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast, and west
central Illinois, including the following counties, in central
Illinois, Christian, Menard, Sangamon and Shelby. In east central
Illinois, Clark, Coles, Cumberland and Moultrie. In southeast
Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence and
Richland. In west central Illinois, Cass, Morgan, Schuyler and
Scott.
* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Some thunderstorms will produce rain rates of 2+ inches per
hour.
