* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois, including the following area, Adams IL and Missouri, including the following areas, Audrain MO, Boone MO, Callaway MO, Cole MO, Marion MO, Moniteau MO, Monroe MO, Osage MO and Ralls MO. * WHEN...Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional showers and thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall will be possible, which could lead to flash flooding, especially if they occur over saturated soils.
