At 458 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Monroe, or near Decatur, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Bluffton, Decatur, Convoy, Monroe, Middlebury, Preble, Willshire, Wren, Vera Cruz, Magley, Craigville, Glenmore, Peterson, Monmouth, Abanaka, Rivare, Schumm, Curryville, and Pleasant Mills.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for northeastern Indiana...and west central Ohio.
