Central Scott County in south central Indiana... * Until 600 PM EDT. * At 510 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near North Vernon to near Scottsburg, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Madison, Scottsburg, Austin, Hanover, Smyrna, Kent, Dupont, Wakefield, Canaan, and North Madison.
