Description:
At 255 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Oldenburg,
moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning
is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Batesville, Brookville, Bright, Hidden Valley, Oldenburg, Logan,
Sunman, St. Leon, West Harrison, Napoleon, Cedar Grove, Mount Carmel,
Huntersville, Hamburg, Penntown, Rockdale, Interstate 74 at US Route
52, Peppertown, Sharptown, and Saint Peter.
This includes the following Interstates...
I-74 in Indiana between mile markers 145 and 171.
I-74 in Ohio near mile marker 0.

Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
southeastern Indiana...and southwestern Ohio.
