Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello. * WHEN...From late tonight to Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural land near the river is flooded and water covers most islands. Water starts rising onto secondary roads in Wapello Bottoms. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.8 feet and gradually rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise slowly above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 21.1 feet Tuesday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
