Olmsted, Winona, Mower, Fillmore, and Houston Counties and, in
west central and southwest Wisconsin, La Crosse, Monroe, Juneau,
Adams, Vernon, Crawford, Richland, and Grant Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
