In south central Kansas, Pawnee. In west central Kansas, Ness. * WHEN...Until noon CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1121 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to training thunderstorms. Flooding is likely occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen based on radar estimates - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
