For the Little Osage River...including Fulton...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Osage River at Fulton. * WHEN...From this morning to just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Farmland at the gage site becomes covered by flood waters, and Highway 31, east of town becomes flooded. Highway 31, four miles west of Fulton has flood waters four to six feet in depth. 225th Street, near Xavier Road, 1 mile east of Fulton is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 24.2 feet this afternoon.
