* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson. * WHEN...From late tonight through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are forecast to impact the area from late tonight through Saturday night. There is a potential for widespread 2 to 4 inches of rain with locally higher amounts possible.
