* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following county, Crawford and Missouri, including the following counties, Cedar, St. Clair and Vernon. * WHEN...Until 545 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1135 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Ricky Creek at NW 603 Road, West Fork Pryor Creek at Blair Road, Brush Creek at 1200 Road, Clear Creek at 430 Road, Weaubleau Creek at 350 Road, Monegaw Creek at NW 1301 Road and Clear Creek at Rebel Road. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
