At 23.0 feet, Parking lot just west of State Line Road begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 21.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise below flood stage early this morning and continue falling to 22.8 feet early this morning.
