At 448 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Orleans, or 23 miles north of Phillipsburg, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Automated Weather Station reported a 67 MPH wind gust southwest of Alma. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe storm will be near... Alma around 455 PM CDT. Republican City and Harlan County Dam around 515 PM CDT.
