Description:
At 159 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Belle Plaine to near South Haven, moving east at
30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Arkansas City, Winfield, Wellington, Mulvane, Belle Plaine, Caldwell,
Oxford, Udall, South Haven, Geuda Springs, Rock, Mayfield, Hunnewell,
Perth, Winfield City Lake, Riverdale, Strother Field Airport, and
Wellington Airport.
This includes Interstate 35 between Mile Markers 1 and 33.
Instruction:

building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
