At 602 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lucasville to 6 miles west of Rosemount to near Rome. Movement was east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Portsmouth, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Lake Vesuvius, Wheelersburg, New Boston, Letitia, Franklin Furnace, Gallia, Vernon, Waterloo, South Shore, Aid, Henderson, Adamsville, Mabee, Gallopolis Ferry, and Grays Branch.
