At 710 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Proctorville to near Bruin. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Huntington, Nitro, Louisa, Wayne, Hamlin, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Beech Fork State Park, Yatesville Lake State Park, Hurricane, Barboursville, Kenova, Milton, Catlettsburg, Ceredo, Poca, Fort Gay, Webbville, Ona, and Culloden. This includes the following highways... Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 184 and 191. Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 45.
