Description: 
At 156 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles south of Munfordville to 7 miles north of Russellville. Movement was southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Bowling Green, Glasgow, Russellville, Edmonton, Plum Springs, Three Springs, Memphis Junction, Mount Victor, Crestmoor, and Franklin.
Instruction: 
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for south central and central Kentucky.
