At 350 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Sassafras to Daley to Goose Rock. Movement was southeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Hazard, Whitesburg, Harlan, Manchester, Hyden, Letcher, Cumberland, Loyall, Evarts, Lynch, Benham, Vicco, Buckhorn, Wallins Creek, Blackey, Big Fork, Cody, Brightshade, Louellen, and Premium. THIS INCLUDES Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 17 and 59.
